What content are you talking to as recycled? Most of those are from rs2 not RS gold. I know the argument but nevertheless, get your facts right. These examples are just silly. How would you avoid that when both games are the same, and items' energy can only progress upward? This BiS maul? Despite not looking anything like it, oh, it is obviously the chaotic maul. Inferno is the kiln. Despite being distinct. Finally equilibrium, code and they need to model everything from scratch.

The last poll that was meaningful was seeing comp cape rework. I am legally curious as to why they wish to get rid of the voting arrangement and instead have players"talk loudly" about exactly what they want to see instead.

If they don't enjoy voting systems because that"locks Jagex to a design choice which may or may not be exactly what Jagex needs" then I'd suggest some kind of suggestion box system in which players can submit thoughts and players may then vote on which ideas they want to see encouraged (i.e. talk loudly about them). The forums are obsolete, we could use a streamlined, modernized system to ease this. Anyways, that's just my two cents.

I dont believe the voting system functions as well with RS3 because of the vast majority of the populace is maxed or high level and could greatly skew content. RuneScape is in huge need of a few old content being redone and reworked. For the player experience coming back a few of the older content is horrifying as a player. System is still a train wreck for a brand new player.

You should be catering to the majority of players. In RuneScape using a decreasing player base your focus needs to be improving the experience for new cheap RS gold players. No, because then you emphasise your current playerbase dry and wind up in an even worse position if those new players don't stick around, which is what pretty much happened these past 2 years besides Quarantine and Arch bringing back a lot of people temporarily. What they really should be doing is just advertisements RuneScape better, rather than those really shitty advertisements that just get made fun of that pop up every now and then.
