I am in favor of RS3 buy RS gold but I doubt it is that. It is likely more despair because the runescape accountant and game they adored got taken away from these, the community split, and now both variations of this runescape game are not what people would've probably wanted or expected. RS2 was in an alright spot before RS3 dropped and had better plans for boss shed tables at the time that I believe OSRS ought to have thought more. OSRS has fully made skilling irrelevant in that feeling. Likewise we know the issues.
However I have to say I really do wish others we encounter attempt an RS3 Ironman if only on heritage. I have not gotten to play in a while due to cost, however an RS3 Ironman opting to get a quest cape is one of the most compact, fun ways to play Runescape imo. Most people hate the keys and what which is understandable, however the few keys you receive from finishing each pursuit along with the bonus XP
that comes together actually does make the grind more manageable to get runescape players without as long as others. For me personally at this stage in my life that I can't justify spending. It is not maxed by 20 hours clicking to.
Not to be a downer, but the entire reason I was excited for motion changes was so that PvM may actually feel good rather than just be a gimmick of playing around tick movement. I really don't need movement to be smooth and receptive when I am just running through a city doing a quest, I need it to be responsive when I'm dodging a place based attack in ED or some thing. If the main reason for all of the hype for the
change is still not being addressed and is really likely to turn into the exception to the new norm with all the changes, which looks kind of counterproductive. I'd maybe just prefer to keep everything the way it is currently in that circumstance, so that at least things are constant and that I could somewhat possess an intuitive feel of the delay.
I was and still sort of am excited about the idea of OSRS Gold such a fundamental facet of the runescape game being upgraded as that is the type of change I truly believe RuneScape needs for long-term longevity and has been largely ignored (with the exception of bank rework, which was amazing and I very much appreciate), but this feels like a half step which might not be worth the trouble and could backfire when folks learn
