We’re considering shifting some orders from LTL to full truck load services. We're growing, and FTL seems more secure and possibly more cost-effective in the long run. Especially for our routes from Mumbai to Chennai and Bangalore.

TCI Express is offering dedicated trucks, GPS tracking, and timely delivery with fewer damages. That sounds good on paper.

Are FTL services really worth it for small to mid-size businesses? Does anyone here use them consistently? Would love feedback on pricing, flexibility, and real savings vs. groupage loads.
