Has anyone used their express service in metros or remote areas? Are they actually able to stick to their 24–72 hour delivery promise?

Also, I’m interested in how they handle high-value items. Are the parcels handled safely? I’d also love to know about their tech—how’s their tracking accuracy? Any issues with delays or misrouted packages?
